Good grief. This morning I was watching the FOXNEWS channel and came across an interesting study report. The study report was about "sitting" and how it can kill you. They say people who sit a lot has a higher chance of dying and even though they may work out or exercise it still won't help much. What a drag I thought.
And then it hit me, what a drag it really is! I mean c'mon give us a break! Everyday we either go to school, or the office and sit down for like eight hours. Then we have to go home in a car not to mention if you drove to there in the first place! And then when you go home, you sit on your ass watching T.V. and resting.

Now that I think about it, sitting and laying down is all about what humans can and usually do. I mean, really, think about it. We spend our lives sitting or standing or laying. Our "hides" are just a bunch flesh laying on something we created, such as a chair, or a bed. We have legs, and yet we don't use it often but for walking, walking a "short" distance.
*sighs* This is harder to describe than you think. It is just soo fascinating to see what all humans actually do a majority of the time and that includes sleeping.
A side note: I have found a nifty link talking about how to sit right.
